What is in it, and how much.
Every amount is printed individually. Nothing in this formula is pooled into a blend.
| Ingredient | Amount | What it is there for |
|---|---|---|
| Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) | 2000 IU | The gap most northern diets share |
| Folate (5-MTHF) | 400mcg | Active form, no conversion needed |
| Magnesium glycinate | 200mg | Gentler on the gut than oxide |
| Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) | 500mcg | Energy metabolism, active form |
A multivitamin is only useful where a diet is short. So TN-02 does not contain twenty-six ingredients at token amounts. It contains twelve, at the doses that national intake surveys say people actually miss, in forms that do not need converting first.
Methylated, chelated, and why that is not marketing
Folate arrives as 5-MTHF rather than folic acid, and B12 as methylcobalamin. Both skip a conversion step that a meaningful share of people carry a slower variant of. Magnesium is glycinate, which is gentler on the gut than the oxide most tablets use.
What is deliberately absent
No iron — supplementing it without a blood test is a bad idea, and most adults do not need it. No vitamin K in the version sold to anyone on an anticoagulant. No proprietary blend, because a blend is a way of not telling you the dose.
Taking it
Two capsules in the morning, with food. Fat-soluble vitamins absorb better alongside a meal, and the B-complex is bright enough to be worth putting something on top of.
Questions we get asked, answered plainly.
How long before I notice anything?
Regularity usually settles inside two weeks. The bloating and skin outcomes in our trial were measured at week twelve, so judge it over a season rather than a fortnight.
Why report AFU instead of CFU?
CFU is counted at manufacture. AFU is counted at the end of shelf life, which is when you will actually swallow it. It is a smaller number and a more honest one.
Does it need refrigerating?
No. The capsule and the desiccant in the jar hold the count at room temperature for the full shelf life. Do not leave it in a car in summer.
Can I take all four formulas together?
Yes. Nothing in the range competes with anything else in it, and the morning and night formulas are deliberately separated. The bundle exists for exactly this.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days, opened or not, on a first order. Send it back and we refund the whole thing including the shipping you paid.
Is this suitable during pregnancy?
Talk to your clinician first. The same applies if you are immunocompromised or taking immunosuppressants. We would rather lose the sale than guess.
